Please note that once your request has been submitted, we will contact you via telephone to confirm your services and collect payment. Until payment is received, appointments are not confirmed and may be given away to other customers on a first paid, first served basis. All services must be paid in advance. All paid and confirmed Fall Festival services are non-refundable. This event frequently sells out and missed appointments means missed opportunity for our therapists who put great effort into this special event. Though paid appointments are non-refundable, they are transferable to another guest for that same service and time.
