Please note that once you submit your request, we will contact you via telephone to confirm your services and collect payment. Until payment is received, appointments are not confirmed and may be given away to other customers on a first paid, first served basis. All services must be paid in advance and all Fall Festival services that are confirmed with payment are non-refundable as this event frequently sells out and missed appointments means missed opportunity for our therapists who put great effort into this special event. Though paid appointments are non-refundable, they are always transferable to another guest for that same service and time so please feel free to contact us to let us know if someone else will be taking your place.
