About the Event
A gentle practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through controlled movements and passive stretching. The sound of the gong creates a deep sense of relaxation and peace. The vibrations and sound help release blocks, reduce tension and stimulate circulation. This class is an excellent complement to more active practices (and your busy lifestyle) and a perfect antidote to stress. Mats will also be provided. Note: advanced registration is required. Cancellations are no later than one (1) hour before the class.
