Yes! We are a busy spa who books our talented practitioners in advance to ensure the smooth running of your event, so we do require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your party. While the deposit is non-refundable, with a 72 hour notice, you may move the party to another date without losing your deposit. The deposit will be applied toward your party or refunded on the date of the event, whichever you prefer.

We do not have a maximum number of guests- bring everyone you like! We have over 6,000 square feet of inviting, beautiful, cozy space for you to enjoy relaxing and celebrating.

We do however, have a four person minimum to enjoy our spa package pricing. Simply give us a call, and we will happily explore custom pricing options. Some of our practitioners require a minimum appointment commitment, but we are always glad to work with you to design the perfect event that fits your group, no matter the size!

Absolutely! We specialize in helping you to create the perfect, most memorable event for your guests. You have your own private space to decorate and enjoy. You may bring in your own food and drink or one of our friendly concierge specialists will arrange your catering so you can just arrive and enjoy! The space is yours to personalize for the duration of your party.

Come just as you are. You are always welcome in our space, and we encourage you to wear whatever feels most comfortable for your celebration. If you or your guests would like to enjoy full spa attire, we offer cozy robes and slippers for you to use throughout your experience. Relax, settle in, and enjoy your time with us in whatever makes you feel your best!

If you have heard about it, we can likely provide it. Our friendly concierge team has contacts with most every type of talented and gracious practitioner you can imagine. Popular selections include crystal bowl sound healings, henna artists, tarot card readers, private yoga sessions, ionic foot baths, Thai or shiatsu massage and more. We have even provided a snake handler to allow for meditation with snakes! You dream it and we will help you bring it together!

Not at all. Our our parties are completely customizable and each guest is welcome to choose his or her own perfect experience in accordance with their chosen services or budget.

Yes, we have multiple showers and a locker room with a hair dryer for you and your group to freshen up before any plans after your incredible spa day!

You may cancel your party at any time with a minimum 72 hour notice. Upon cancellation, you will have no further obligation and the deposit you provided may be moved to a later date. Please note that deposits are not refundable. A re-scheduled party must take place within three months of the originally scheduled date after which time the deposit expires and may no longer be applied to an event.

Your incredible event includes a private room for you and your guests to celebrate and enjoy, all your scheduled services and and a dedicated concierge team to help you with planning. Our concierge team can help to arrange catering and will pick up the catering for you (small additional fee). Our specialists can handle all communication with your guests taking care of scheduling and waivers for each person, if you'd like, so you can sit back and relax and just enjoy being pampered. We are experts and can handle the whole event for you!

Spa party dates book up quickly so the earlier the better. That said, we have been known to put a spa party together with just a day's notice so it's never too late if we have the availability!

You are the architect and we will work within your available window of time to plan your event. Most parties last between four and five hours but this depends on the number of guests and requested services. Some guests also want more time to enjoy socializing between services while some prefer back to back scheduling to enjoy a larger variety of services. Our talented concierge team will set up the perfect flow for your group.
