NEW MOON GATHERING
with Chamomile Diddel
A New Moon Gathering is a time for celebration, welcoming the new cycle and a chance for renewal, alignment, and setting intentions for the up and coming. Chamomile will guide you through the journey of opening your heart so you can listen deeply to what it truly wants, and the group will work together to manifest our desires into reality through various activities. The gathering will include a cacao ceremony to open our heart chakras and allow us to be more in touch with our feelings, a resolution ritual to establish our path for the coming weeks and information on how we can align various aspects of our lives with Mother Nature’s powerful forces to keep on track.

RESTORATIVE CANDLELIT YOGA

Daniel Rasich leads an ultra-relaxing Candlelit Restorative Yoga Class! Restorative yoga is a practice all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. Prepare yourself for mind and body restoration when you attend a Restorative Yoga Class as the long holds of poses allow your muscles to release tension and deeply relax.
This class will take place in the tranquil Salternative Studio with candles around to add to the calming and restorative atmosphere.

Monday Night Adult Yoga Class

ADVANCED REGISTRATION REQUIRED FOR THIS CLASS. Our adult yoga classes are for all experience levels. Each class is structured around the ability of the attendees and contains a blend of the styles of yoga. Take a moment to forget the challenges of the day while breathing deeply and engaging in a variety of poses friendly to beginners and avid Yogis alike.

Tuesday Morning Slow Into Balance Yoga Class with salt room
8:45am - 10:00am
Enjoy gentle yoga led by the amazing Sara Robbins who will include hands-on Thai massage and polarity therapy elements during the session's extended Shavasana followed by 15 minutes of salt therapy in our famous Salt Room. This class is very special and should leave you feeling relaxed yet reinvigorated. There's nothing else like this experience to start your day.

Wednesday Free Guided Meditation
Please join for unique free guided meditation sessions! Wednesday nights, we will spend thirty minutes bringing ourselves into maximum relaxation and mindfulness (or mindlessness, hopefully!) and then spend another thirty minutes with group discussion sparked by a short reading, quote or anything else that sparks some thought provoking dialogue. This is great for beginning meditators as well as those with experience who want to add more to their practice.

Kundalini Yoga is an uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices. This ancient style of yoga incorporates body movement with dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, hand positions, and mantras. The goal is to raise internally stored energy, build physical vitality, and increase consciousness and awareness. Kundalini yoga is for everyone.
After each yoga practice you'll get to enjoy a gong session in our salt room. The sound of the gong creates a deep sense of relaxation and peace. The vibrations and sound help release blocks, reduce tension and stimulate circulation.

Breath by Breath Yoga, operated and facilitated by Sandy Dixon, provides daily classes in our Salternative Community Studio. Classes are designed for all levels of experience, cultivated for adult students. Sandy also takes private clients for one-on-one sessions. Registration and payment is possible via Sandy’s website www.sandydixon.net or the MindBody app under Breath by Breath Yoga. (Special note: Salternative does not handle any payments or registrations for these third-party classes).
