Halotherapy is a proven process that involves the grinding of pure salt into minuscule, breathable particles that may be inhaled for improvements in health and an overall feeling of well being and calm. In the 1980s, Dr. Alina Chervinskaya conducted studies into exactly what was keeping the salt miners so healthy and concluded that dry salt aerosol (breathable salt particles) was responsible for the betterment in health. Dr. Chervinskaya has been researching the benefits of Halotherapy for over thirty years and has created a machine to replicate the ideal environment she found in the salt mines, the generator we now use to produce the dry salt aerosol in our magnificent Salt Room. Our Salt Room also includes Himalayan Salt which provides yummy, purifying and neutralizing negative ions.
