About the Event

Join us for a unique experience of using the flowing movements of Tai Chi as moving meditation.

Center  yourself as you become aware of your own energy, while relaxing and  strengthening your body without injury or strain. Tai Chi (Taiji) is an  ancient martial art form that utilizes slow meditative movements,  helping one meet day to day challenges by harmonizing mind, body, and  spirit while keeping oneself in tune with the natural order of things.

Workshop  begins with Qi Gong movements and then moves on to a short series of  postures from the Yang Style 24 form. Easy to learn and for everyone,  this moving meditation is a great way to start or end your day
